This region of Argentina is without doubt the wildest, its last frontier. Céline Frers omitted the most known “spots” of Patagonia and found her way deep into the mountains, glaciers and steppe. Each journey involved travelling on foot, horseback, with crampons or snowshoes. The photos in this book transmit the photographer’s unique view of the most untamed and mythical region of this uttermost part of the earth.
